Culturally Responsive Professional (CRP)
The Culturally Responsive Professional (CRP) endorsement is an endorsement for currently credentialed ICAADA professionals that validates the professional’s commitment to providing culturally responsive services that are based upon cultural competency, humility, and strides to ensure diversity, equity, and inclusion in the professional cultures they are involved with. Applicants must hold a current ICAADA credential.
Requirements to earn your Culturally Responsive Professional Endorsement
Pre-requisite
- Currently certified as one of the following:
- ACIT
- ACIT II
- BCSUD
- BCPG
- CADAC I-V
- CAPRC I/II
- CARC
- CSPR-PR/CL
- CPS-A/CPS/CPS II
- MATS

Education and Training
- Fifteen (15) hours of education in the following categories and quantities
- 6 hours in cultural competency
- 6 hours in cultural humility
- 3 hours in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI)

Re-certification
- Every two-years: Seven (7) hours of culturally responsive services education and maintain an ICAADA credential
