ICAADA recognizes that adherence to the ethical standards set forth for each credential is vital to supporting our communities. As part of this, we will work diligently to ensure all of our credentialed professionals act in an ethical manner. If there has been an instance where you feel a person has acted unethically, please review the credential in question’s code of ethics here and please submit the form below. We will contact you quickly to learn more about this situation and investigate, as appropriate.

Please be as descriptive as possible, including other parties who can affirm allegations, organizations involved, nature of concern, etc.
