Regular Membership Account (New)

Regular Membership is open to any individual concerned with the problems of alcohol and other drug abuse who is in agreement with and supportive of the Association's mission.  Regular members receive a significant discount on certification fees and are entitled to vote at membership meetings and in ICAADA elections.  Regular Membership dues are $125.00 every two years.

Sponsoring Membership Account

Sponsoring Membership is open to any organization or entity concerned with the problems of alcohol and other drug abuse and which is in agreement with the mission of the Association.  Sponsoring members are eligible to receive reciprocal links on the ICAADA website, can advertise in our newletter, and can place "Help Wanted" advertisements for free on the "Employment Opportunities" section of our website, and other special considerations from time to time from the Board, such as space for displays at conferences and workshops, etc.  Sponsoring Membership dues are $100.00 annually.

Student Membership

Student Membership is open to individuals who are full-time students (minimum of the equivalent of 15 quarter hours) at a college or university or who are involved in full- or part-time internships; who are concerned with the problems of alcohol and other drug abuse ; and who are in agreement with Association's mission.  Student dues shall not exceed fifty percent of ICAADA annual dues.

Testing - September 13-25, 2010

Testing for Counselor certification, Advanced Counselor Certification, Criminal Justice Addictions Professionals, Co-Occurring Disorders Professional and Co-Occurring Disorders Professional Diplomate, Certified Prevention Specialist, and Certified Clinical Supervisor are all administered via computer based testing every quarter. Tests are administered at various locations throughout the US through qualified proctors. Once you are registered for the test, you will be able to choose from the closest locations and most convenient times to take the test. Current locations include ICAADA Offices any of 12 Ivy Tech College computer labs in the state of Indiana, and the test is offered over a two week window every quarter. Once registered, you must mail, fax, or email a completed registration form in to ICAADA to complete registration for the test. IT IS VERY IMPORTANT THAT YOU PROVIDE US WITH A LEGIBLE AND VALID EMAIL ADDRESS ON YOUR REGISTRATION FORM, as confirmations and registrations will all be done via e-mail. Once your registration and payment are received, we will set up your registration, and your user name, which consists of your email address, and a password will be emailed to you so that you can set up an appointment to take your test.

If you need to cancel your registration, it must be done within seven days after the registration deadline, or unfortunately you will forfeit the complete $200.00 testing fee. Renewal of Certification

Use this link to pay for certification renewal dues.  Your $200.00 will renew your certification for two years, as long as you renew before expiration.  If your certification has expired, you must contact the office to determine late fees and/or to arrange for a new certification application.  Once renewed, you can expect to receive a new certificate in the mail within 10 business days.  You will also receive an IC & RC international certificate, free, if you are certified as a CADAC II/AODA or higher.
