Dr. Anna Caldwell has been a substance abuse counselor for twenty years. She received her Alcohol and Drug Certification in 1988. She served on the ICAADA board off and on since the 1990s. Anna served on a number of boards as well as the President of the Hoosier Veterans Assistance Foundation in 2005 and 2006. She completed her Masters at Indiana University in Social Work and her Doctorate at Southern California University. She has been an employee of Volunteers of America of Indiana since 1984 and has been a counselor as well as one of the executive team for nine years.

Craig is the Executive Director of the Indiana Counselors Association on Alcohol and Drug Abuse (ICAADA) since May 23, 2011. Craig brings 30 years of person centered services to children, youth and adults with addictions, mental illness, intellectual disabilities and multiple challenges. As the Executive Director, he is working collaboratively with the ICAADA Board of Directors and membership to best serve persons with addictions in Indiana. Craig strives to bring resources and services in line with the needs of the people through Servant Leadership and partnerships with resources and services needed for recovery to flourish. As Project Manager of an award winning National Exemplary Program in Indianapolis known as the ACES Project for homeless persons with co-occurring disorders, this program pioneered strength based care that led to outstanding outcomes and new levels of how we understand recovery. Craig has provided leadership, training, consultation and advocacy across the continuum of professional disciplines. As a trainer, educator and consultant, Craig has presented and published, at the international, national, regional and state levels. He is the 2005 recipient of the Heroes in the Fight Award presented by Eli Lilly and Mental Health America Indiana.

Dennis R. Greene is a Licensed Clinical Addiction Counselor and a CADAC IV. He has been certified by ICAADA since 1977. He has served on the ICAADA Certification Board and many other state and local boards. Although he has been an active certified clinical addiction counselor since 1976, his main strength and academia is social services administration. He graduated with honors and 210 undergraduate credit hours from Martin University, Indianapolis, IN, majoring in Social Service Administration and minor in Addiction Counseling (1995). In addition, he has 12 graduate credit hours from Western Michigan University, Kalamazoo, MI, in Addiction Counseling (2003). Dennis has been the Executive Director/Clinical Addiction Counselor for Christian Counseling and Addiction Services, Inc. since 1980 and is the President of Christian Recovery House, Inc. both 501c3 not for profit corporations. His goals are for ICAADA to continue to provide the most prestigious and most ethical certification for our present and future members. Eric Davis has been in the field of mental health and addiction for over a decade. He co-founded Life Recovery Center in 2004 and serves as the Co-Executive Director and Director of Clinical Services. Life Recovery Center in an outpatient mental health & addiction treatment agency with multiple locations in Indianapolis, IN. Eric is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Clinical Addiction Counselor and Board Certified Professional Christian Counselor who holds a BSW from the University of Indianapolis, an MSW from Indiana University, and a Ph.D. (Psychology & Christian Counseling) from Louisiana Baptist University. He is certified through ICAADA as a CADAC IV, CCDP-D, and CCJP, and is internationally certified through IC&RC as an ICAADC, ICCDPD, and ICCJP. In addition to his work as a clinician, Eric also teaches as an Adjunct Professor for the Indiana University School of Social Work and is the Chairman of the Indiana Department of Mental Health & Addiction's Indiana Access To Recovery (ATR) Advisory Committee. Eric is an ordained minister and author of the book, The Bible and Recovery: Biblical Aspects of the Twelve Steps and Other Recovery Principles. ICAADA Past President, Gregory R. George is a LCAC, and is certified as a CADAC IV. Mr. George has served on the ICAACA Board of Directors in many capacities and several committees for a number of years. Greg was instrumental in negotiating the current licensing legislation and the partnership relationship with MHAI.
Greg is the Director of G. R. George and Associates operating two DMHA approved facilities in Johnson County , Indiana . He has been self employed in this capacity since 1996. He has worked in the field of probation, parole, and addictions for over 30 years. He has retired from the Indiana National Guard as a field artillery officer in 1998 and from public service serving as the Chief Probation Officer in Monroe County Indiana in 1995.

Mrs. Sam has been with Volunteers of America Indiana for five years in several capacities. In her current position as Facility Director, she is responsible for the direct management and supervision of the agency's criminal justice clientele including those residing in the residential reentry center, on home confinement, and in aftercare. Mrs. Sam is currently an active member of the Indiana Counselors Association on Alcohol and Drug Abuse. Prior to working at Volunteers of America Indiana, Kimtoiya worked in the Social Services field providing services to special population to include youth, offenders and individuals with mental and/or physical disabilities. Kimtoiya holds a Masters degree in Business Management, a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology and is a Certified Drug and Alcohol Counselor.

Mike Allen is a Licensed Clinical Addiction Counselor who has been in the field of mental health and addiction for over thirty years. Heholds certifications as a CADAC IV, ICAADC, and MATS. In 1980, he completed the Alcohol Treatment Specialist Course through the United States Navy. He obtained a Certificate in Addiction Treatment in 1996, and a Bachelors Degree in General Studies in 2009, both from Indiana University. Mike has facilitated trainings on addiction and related issues throughout the Midwest, and has become a well-known figure in and around the addiction treatment community. He has a profound interest in history; particularly in regard to the study and treatment of addictive disorders. Mike is a member of the Indiana Counselors Association on Alcohol and Drug Abuse. He is also an Honorably Discharged Veteran of the United States Marine Corps. He presently works as an Addiction Therapist for the Veterans Administration in Indianapolis, IN.

Steve earned his undergraduate degree from Purdue University and his Doctor of Jurisprudence from Indiana University School of Law in Indianapolis, and has been with MHAI since 1991. He is a recipient of the Webster-Kipfer Award for special achievement in public policy advocacy, a former Vice Chairman for Public Affairs and member of the Board of Directors of the National Mental Health Association, and former Board Member of the American Society of Mental Health Association Professionals. He has been named to the National Directory of "Who's Who in Executives and Professionals" and by the Indiana Business Journal as a member of "Who's Who in Indiana Health Care." Steve has received gubernatorial appointments to the Indiana Mental Health Commission and the Medicaid Quality Advisory Committee. Mr. Tom Prendergast co-founded Life Recovery Center in 2004 and currently serves as Co-Executive Director and Director of Domestic Violence Programming. He has worked in the field of addiction counseling for over twenty years and brings with him a wealth of knowledge and experience. Tom is a Licensed Clinical Addiction Counselor who holds a B.S. in Addiction Studies from Indiana Wesleyan University. He is an ICADV State-Certified Batterers Intervention Program Supervisor and is certified through IC&RC as an ICAADC, ICCDPD, and ICCJP. Tom holds the CADAC IV, CCDP-D, and CCJP through ICAADA. In addition to serving on the board of ICAADA, Tom serves on the board of Drug Free Johnson County. Tom is an Honorably Discharged Veteran of the United States Air Force and enjoys riding his motorcycle in his spare time.
